Are you looking for a hotel in Leuven? Here, you can find the hotels where we took options on some rooms. By clicking on 'reservation form', you will be transferred to a website where you can download the document. With this document, you can register at the hotels. Be quick, some of the options are almost expired!

In order to participate at the European Conference, registration is required! When you have made a choice about the workshops, you can register by submitting the online registration form. After filling in you personal information, you can make your choice of workshop. Then, you compile your personal 'conference fee' by choosing one of the options under 'European Conference', and perhaps the dinner under 'optional'. There is no fee for the social program in the evening. To finish your registration, click 'Submit'. You now receive a confirmation e-mail.
You can pay online immediately (By bank tranfer or by Visa/MasterCard/Maestro/Bancontact Mister Cash - just follow the instructions on the secured webpage), or you can pay later (by bank transfer only - more information is in the e-mail!).
